6.06.020 Violation – Penalty.
Unless another penalty and sentence is expressly provided by the statutes adopted by reference in RIMC 6.06.010, any violation of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or both fine and imprisonment.
