14.14.010 Development agreements – Authorized.

Development agreements may be used by the city when the city deems they would be appropriate and shall be subject to all provisions applicable by state law and shall be adopted in accordance with state law, as the same is presently set forth in Chapter 36.70B RCW, or as the same may be amended by the state from time to time.
