7A.06.010 Ice.
No person may go out onto ice in any City of Sammamish open space, trail, park area, park facility, or associated marine area, except in areas specifically designated for that purpose. This includes, but is not limited to: lakes, ponds, streams, rivers, and other bodies of water. Any person violating provisions of this rule shall have committed a civil offense. (Ord. The following provisions in the Sammamish Municipal Code are adopted by reference, now in effect and as subsequently amended: Chapter 8.10 SMC. (Ord. O2021-531 § 3 (Att. A))
7A.06.030 Firearms and dangerous weapons.
The following statute of the state of Washington is adopted by reference, now in effect and as subsequently amended: Chapter 9.41 RCW. (Ord. O2021-531 § 3 (Att. A))
7A.06.040 Age limits for park equipment and play structures.
Park users must obey any posted age limits for park equipment and play structures. (Ord. O2021-531 § 3 (Att. A))
7A.06.050 Prohibited items and activities in spray parks.
Park users must follow all posted spray park rules. Park users may not enter a spray park with pets, food, drinks or glass containers. Users may not run, climb on structures, or place any item on spray heads or area while in the spray park. Park users may not use the spray park while sick. (Ord. O2021-531 § 3 (Att. A))
