STORM DRAINAGE

13.64.010 Drainage required.
Hard-surfaced or graded areas including but not limited to driveways, parking lots, roofs, service station yards and storage yards must be drained in such a manner as will protect adjacent public and private property from damage and such drainage must be managed as required by Chapters 13.104 and 13.108 SMC. Such storm drainage must not be connected to enter a sanitary sewer. (Ord. 2017-002 § 1 (Exh. A); Ord. 270 § 21, 1973)
