GENERAL PROVISIONS

13.68.010 Purpose.
It is the purpose of the ordinance codified in this division to set forth the city’s schedule of charges pertaining to persons who connect to and use the city water distribution system and the city sewage disposal system. (Ord. 504 § 1, 1986)
13.68.020 Interpretation.
The city council of the city shall have full authority to interpret and apply the provisions of this division and its decision in such cases shall be final. (Ord. 504 § 12, 1986)
