There are created the following funds, and the treasurer is directed to transfer into each of said funds that amount of money set out opposite each of said funds as follows:

3.28.020 Administration.
All appropriate county officials are directed to administer the funds created in Section 3.28.010 in the same manner as other independent funds are administered within the county. (Res. 1975-01 (part))
