CABLE TELEVISION FUND

3.42.010 Cable television fund established.
A special revenue fund known as the “cable TV fund” (122.000.000) is established for the operation and maintenance of the city/county PEG channel that will accrue interest to that fund and will separately account for all revenue and expenditures. (Res. 1998-52 (part))
3.42.020 Custodian.
The Skamania County treasurer is designated as custodian of such funds and that as such, is to maintain control of the fund as prescribed by law. (Res. 1998-52 (part))
3.42.030 Sources of moneys for fund.
The fund established by this chapter shall be set up with a warrant from city of Stevenson for fifteen thousand dollars plus all interest accrued since it opened the money market for the money and may include cable franchise and other fees in the future. (Res. 1998-52 (part))
3.42.040 Use of fund.
The city/county cable TV board, or their designee, may use the cable TV fund to operate and maintain the public education and governmental channel. (Res. 1998-52 (part))
3.42.050 Investment and removal of funds.
The city/county cable TV board must designate in writing a designee to invest and remove funds from this cable television fund. (Res. 1998-52 (part))
