SMALL WORKS ROSTER

3.44.010 Established.
The board of county commissioners deems that pursuant to RCW 36.77.075, RCW 39.04.155 and RCW 36.32.250 there is established a single general small works roster in Skamania County for all public works projects; and the board of county commissioners authorizes and directs the director of public works to at least twice a year publish in a newspaper of general circulation within the jurisdiction a notice of the existence of the roster and to solicit the names of contractors that may provide the requested work or services. 3.44.020 Reporting requirements.
The director of public works is directed to report, by June 30th and December 31st of each calendar year, listing the contractors on the single general small works roster, the projects they were invited to bid on, and the contractors who have awarded projects under the small works roster process.
