3.60.010 Payment of claims or obligations of the city.

Pursuant to RCW 35A.40.020, payment of claims or obligations of the city shall be by check. The qualified public depository, where such checks are to be drawn, shall be the Bank of the Pacific located at 560 Commercial Street, Raymond, WA 98577, with the city officers authorizing to sign checks being the mayor, the clerk/treasurer, and the city supervisor, with two of the three signatures required.
