INTENTIONAL DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY
Sections:
9.40.010 Unlawful.
It is unlawful for any person to intentionally cause damage to the property of another or to property belonging to the public, or to intentionally do any act the natural consequence of which would be to cause damage to such property. (Ord. 221 § 1, 1974).
9.40.020 Violation – Penalty.
Any person violating TMC 9.40.010 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by not more than 90 days in jail or a fine of not more than $500.00, or both. (Ord. 221 § 2, 1974).
