17.24.010 Established – City council authority.
The city council shall establish a schedule of fees, charges and expenses, and a collection procedure, for all matters pertaining to this title. The schedule of fees listed below shall be available in the office of the city clerk-treasurer, and may be altered or amended only by the city council. (Ord. B-265 § 1, 1983; Ord. A-580 § 12, 1976).
17.24.020 Fees – Payment required.
No permit, certificate, conditional use permit, variance or reclassification shall be issued, nor shall any notice of appeal be filed unless or until such costs, charges, fees or expenses listed in TMC 17.24.030 have been paid in full, nor shall any action be taken on proceedings before the planning commission or board of adjustment unless or until all charges and fees have been paid in full. 17.24.030 Fees – Designated.
Fees for zoning permits shall be established by resolution of the city council, as amended from time to time, for the following permits:
A. Use district reclassification;
B. Variance;
C. Conditional use;
D. Special property use;
E. Similar use determination;
F. If the special circumstances of an applicant require a special meeting of the planning commission to be held, then an additional fee shall be charged as established by resolution of the city council, as amended from time to time.
