RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR NONUNION SUPERVISORY EMPLOYEES

Consistent with RCW 35.21.200 as it currently exists or is hereinafter amended, the city of Westport requires that all of its nonunion supervisory employees reside in Grays Harbor County within the Ocosta School District and that residents of Grays Harbor County, within the Ocosta School District, shall be given preference in the employment of its nonunion supervisory employees. Any portion of the ordinance codified in this chapter which is inconsistent with or in conflict with RCW 35.21.200 as it currently exists or is hereinafter amended shall be deemed invalid.
