TOWN EQUIPMENT – VEHICLES

10.32.010 Illegal uses.
It is illegal for any person, employee, or agent of the town to take any equipment or motor vehicle outside the town limits of Westport, except for repairs, emergencies, or while on town business or in the regular line of duty. It is further illegal to transport unauthorized persons in a town-owned vehicle. (Ord. 330 § 1, 1967)
