3.05.010 Fee resolution.
All fees and charges established for various applications, permits, services, licenses, and utilities by the Town may be promulgated by resolution which may be amended and modified from time to time. [Ord. 2004.18 § 1, 2004].
3.05.020 Conflicts with fee resolution.
All fees and charges established for various applications, permits, services, licenses and utilities, set forth in ordinances that are inconsistent with the fees and charges set forth in the fee resolution, shall be controlled by the most recent fee resolution. [Ord. 2004.18 § 2, 2004].
