TOWN DEPOSITORY DESIGNATED

3.10.010 Bank designated.
The Mount Rainier National Bank, Enumclaw, Washington, be and the same is hereby designated as the Town depository for any and all funds of the Town of Wilkeson, in Pierce County, State of Washington. [Ord. 93.19 § 1, 1993; Ord. 68 § 1, 1938].
3.10.020 Treasurer to make deposits.
The Town Clerk/Treasurer of said Town of Wilkeson, be and he is hereby instructed and directed to deposit any and all funds belonging to said Town of Wilkeson, in Pierce County, State of Washington, in said Town depository, the said Mount Rainier National Bank, Enumclaw, Washington, as hereinbefore designated.
