1.03.010 Seal—Adoption and form.

A seal is adopted, the impression of which is described as follows:

In the center the word “Seal” and around the outer edge the words “North Yakima, Washington,” be and the same is adopted as the corporation common seal of the city of North Yakima: provided, however, that from and after January 1, 1918, the impression of the seal shall be as follows: In the center the word “Seal” and around the outer edge the words “Yakima, Washington.” (Ord. A-293 § 1, 1886).

1.03.020 Custody of seal—When used.

The seal of the city shall be kept by the city clerk and be by him affixed to all acts required to be so authenticated. (Ord. A-293 § 2, 1886).
