1.89.010 Current use assessment application—Application fee.

An owner of land situated within the city desiring current use assessments under RCW Chapter 84.34 shall make application therefor to the Yakima County assessor. The application shall be accompanied by a processing fee of fifty dollars. (Ord. 1274 § 1 (part), 1970).

1.89.020 Processing current use applications.

Upon referral by the Yakima County assessor to the Yakima city clerk of a current use application, and on payment by the Yakima County assessor to the Yakima city treasurer of the fifty-dollar application fee, the application shall be processed by the city in the same manner in which an amendment to the city’s general plan is processed, as provided by YMC 1.42.070. (Ord. 1274 § 1 (part), 1970).
