ARTERIAL STREET FUND

3.58.010 Created.
There is created within the city of Yakima a new fund to be known as the arterial street fund (Ord. 254 § 1, 1961).
3.58.020 Source of funds.
All moneys received from the state of Washington under the provisions of Chapter 7, Laws of 1961, Extraordinary Session, shall be placed in the arterial street fund, together with all funds to be contributed by the city of Yakima as matching funds. (Ord. 254 § 2, 1961).
3.58.030 Expenditures.
All moneys placed in the arterial street fund from the several sources shall be expended only upon approved projects and in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 7, Laws of 1961, Extraordinary Session. (Ord. 254 § 3, 1961).
