3.74.010 Fund created—Purposes.
There is hereby created a special fund to be known as the city of Yakima urban arterial fund. The money in the fund shall be used to pay for urban arterial projects approved by the urban arterial board of the state of Washington. (Ord. 996 § 1 (part), 1968).
3.74.020 Source of funds.
All money allocated to the city by the urban arterial board of the state of Washington shall be deposited into the city of Yakima urban arterial fund, and money received by the city from the county of Yakima by way of reimbursement for joint city-county projects, approved by the urban arterial board of the state of Washington, shall be deposited into said fund, along with money from any other available source legally appropriated or transferred into the fund. (Ord. 996 § 1 (part), 1968).
3.74.030 Expenditures.
Expenditures from the city of Yakima urban arterial fund shall be made only to pay for work done on, and other expenses incidental to, urban arterial projects approved by the urban arterial board of the state of Washington. (Ord. 996 § 1 (part), 1968).
