3.77.010 Fund created—Purpose.
There is hereby created a special fund to be known as the southeast Yakima community center fund (Fund No. 680). The money in the fund shall be used to pay costs incurred for the construction of the southeast Yakima community center. (Ord. 1221 § 1 (part), 1970).
3.77.020 Source of funds.
All money allocated to the city by the department of housing and urban development as a neighborhood facilities grant and/or relocation grant for project Number Wash. N-8, cash contributed by the city, and cash contributed by operation coalition and money from such other sources as may become legally available shall be deposited into the fund. (Ord. 1221 § 1 (part), 1970).
3.77.030 Expenditures.
Expenditures from the southeast Yakima community center fund shall be made only for the purposes specified in Section 3.77.010 of the city code. No expenditure shall be made from such fund unless the Yakima city council shall approve such expenditure by passing an ordinance appropriating money within the fund for the purpose for which the expenditure is to be made, or by including an appropriation for such purpose in the budget.
