INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGENCY FUND

3.86.010 Fund created—Purpose.
There is created a special fund to be known as the intergovernmental agency fund. There shall be deposited into such fund all money received by the city from any governmental agency for the sole purpose of paying such money to another governmental agency. (Ord. 1463 § 1 (part), 1972).
3.86.020 Expenditures.
Expenditures from the intergovernmental agency fund shall be made only for the purpose specified in Section 3.86.010. No expenditure shall be made from such fund unless the Yakima city council approves such expenditure by passing an ordinance appropriating money within such fund for the purpose for which the expenditure is to be made, or by including an appropriation for such purpose in the budget.
