FEES FOR RECORDING PUBLIC RECORDS

2.92.010 Fixing of Fees.
The Survey Recording Act, as enacted by the 1973 Washington State Legislature, is further implemented by the fixing of the following fees for recording a public record as prescribed by the act as follows in Sections 2.92.020 through 2.92.050.

2.92.020 Record of Survey.
The size of the record of land surveys shall be eighteen inches by twenty-four inches and the fee schedule for filing shall be as follows:

2.92.030 Copies of Record of Survey.
Copies of the record of survey shall be provided on request according to the following fee schedule:

2.92.040 Record of Monument.
The record of monument shall be filed without charge on the standard form prescribed by the Department of Natural Resources, Bureau of Surveys and Maps.

2.92.050 Copies of Record of Monuments.
Copies of the record of monument shall be provided on request according to the following fee schedule:

This fee schedule becomes effective on June 7, 1973.
