RABIES CONTROL

6.12.010 Inoculation required.

All dogs in the city of Yelm shall be inoculated to immunize such dogs from the disease known as rabies. The owner of each dog so inoculated shall cause the dog to wear a tag furnished by the veterinarian inoculating such dog, which tag shall indicate the place and date of such inoculation. The owner of each dog shall furnish proof satisfactory to a Yelm animal control officer of current rabies inoculation to immunize against rabies if requested.
