CIGARETTE AND TOBACCO PRODUCTS RETAILER LICENSE

5.14.010 License required—Fee.

No person shall sell cigarettes in the city without first obtaining a license from the city clerk. The provisions of Section 134.65 Wisconsin Statutes are hereby adopted and made a part of this section by reference. The license fee shall be as specified in Section 3.24.050(I) per year. 5.14.020 Restrictions on sale or gift of cigarettes or nicotine or tobacco products.

Pursuant to Section 134.66(5), Wisconsin Statutes, Section 134.66, Wisconsin Statutes, as it may be amended from time to time, is hereby adopted by reference and made part of this section as if fully set forth herein. (Ord. 2552-19 § 2, 2019)

5.14.030 Penalty for violation of this chapter.

Any person, firm, partnership, or corporation who violates any part of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty and enforcement provisions in Chapter 1.12. (Ord. 2552-19 § 46, 2019)
