14.20.010 Financial guarantee.

Financial guarantees, in a form and amount acceptable to the city, shall accompany the plan to guarantee implementation of the proposed stormwater management measures recommended in the plan. The amount of the guarantee shall be based on the estimated initial construction costs. On completion of the recommended measures and submittal of “as-built” plan required under Section 14.32.030(E), any portion of the guarantee not utilized shall be released or returned.
