APPEALS

14.36.010 Appeals.
Any person aggrieved by the administration of this Title 14 may appeal the decision to the board of zoning appeals established by the city pursuant to Section 62.23(e) of the Wisconsin Statutes. The board shall hear and decide appeals where it is alleged that there is an error in any order, decision or determination made by the city in administering this Title 14; on appeal may authorize variances from the provisions of this Title 14 that are not contrary to the public interest and where, owing to special conditions, a literal enforcement of the provision of this Title 14 would result in unnecessary hardship; and shall use the rules, procedures, duties and powers authorized by state statute in hearing and deciding appeals and authorizing variances.
