4.230 Authority Over Bridges.

Authority and responsibility for control and operation of the bridges shall be under the supervision of the City Engineer. The City Engineer is authorized to adopt such rules and regulations governing the conduct of bridgetenders in the City of Manitowoc as the City Engineer deems necessary and appropriate.
