4.250 Schedule of Operation.

(1) The draws of the 8th Street Bridge, mile 0.3, and 10th Street Bridge, mile 0.5, both at Manitowoc, shall open on signal except that:

(a) From April 1st through October 31st, Monday through Friday, the bridges need not open from 6:50 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., 7:50 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., 11:55 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. and 12:45 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., except Federal holidays. From 10:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. the draws shall open on signal if at least a six-hour advance notice is given.

(b) From November 1st through March 31st the draws shall open on signal if at least a 12-hour advance is given.

(c) During the time the bridges are not required to be manned, requests for openings shall be given by calling the Manitowoc Police Department: (920) 686-6500.
