14.800 Ignition Keys in Parked Motor Vehicles.

It shall be unlawful for any person to leave unattended and unlocked any passenger motor vehicle on any street or in any public place in the City of Manitowoc if the ignition key to such passenger automobile is either left in the ignition or otherwise in plain view within the interior of the automobile. This prohibition shall not apply to any vehicle which is left in any driveway.
