In the central traffic district or in any other business district it shall be unlawful for any person to stand on the sidewalk in any location which impedes or interferes with pedestrian traffic, or to sit or lie thereon in any location. (Ord. CCO-96-07 § 53, 1996; Ord. 73 § 11, 1928)
