FIRE ZONES

15.08.010 Creation and designation.
Three fire zones within the City of Mt. Shasta are hereby created and designated as fire zone number one, fire zone number two, and fire zone number three. (Ord. 245 § 2, 1965)
15.08.020 Fire zone number one.
The following area is designated as fire zone number one:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of South Mt. Shasta Blvd., and McCloud Avenue;
Thence east, following the centerline of McCloud Avenue to a point which is East one hundred fifty feet from the point of beginning, this being the east property line of properties facing So. Mt. Shasta Blvd.;
Thence south, following said property line and its extension to the south line of Ida Street;
Thence fifty feet east to the west line of alley between South A Street and South Mt. Shasta Blvd.;
Thence south on said alley line and its extension to the south line of Sheldon Avenue;
Thence east one hundred fifty feet, following the south line of Sheldon Avenue to the west line of alley between South Mt. Shasta Blvd. and B Street;
Thence south following said line and its extension to the north line of Old McCloud Road;
All that portion of Tract 67;
All that portion of Blocks B and C;
All that portion one hundred eighty feet west of the centerline of South Mt. Shasta Blvd., in Blocks D, A and 57.

15.08.030 Fire zone number two.
The following area is designated as fire zone number two:
Beginning at a point at the intersection of the centerlines of North Mt. Shasta Boulevard and Jessie Street; thence northeasterly a distance of one hundred feet along the centerline of Jessie Street to a point; thence southeasterly along a line parallel to the centerline of North Mt. Shasta Boulevard a distance of two hundred feet to a point; thence southwesterly along a line parallel to the centerline of Jessie Street a distance of one hundred feet to the centerline of North Mt. Shasta Boulevard; thence northwesterly along the centerline of North Mt. Shasta Boulevard a distance of two hundred feet to the point of beginning.
All that portion of the South Mt. Shasta Annexation and the Needels Annexation lying one hundred feet east of the east line of South Mt. Shasta Blvd.;
Also that portion of South Mt. Shasta Annexation lying south of McCloud Road, west of the west line of South Mt. Shasta Blvd. and east to the alley between South Mt. Shasta Blvd., and Oak Street.

15.08.040 Fire zone number three.
The following area is designated as fire zone number three:
All the area within the city limits of the City of Mt. Shasta not included in Fire Zone Number One and Fire Zone Number Two.
A strip of land two hundred feet wide adjacent to the north line of West Lake Street and extending from the west line of Pine Street to Highway 99 Freeway Bypass.
A strip of land two hundred feet in width, adjacent to the south line of West Lake Street, and extending from the west line of the Southern Pacific Railroad to Highway 99 Freeway Bypass;
That portion of Block 43, Mt. Shasta, lying west of Maple Street and east of the right-of-way of the Southern Pacific Railroad;
That portion of Block H, Hunts Addition bounded by Lake, Maple and Alpine Streets.
Also that portion of South Mt. Shasta Annexation lying south of McCloud Road, west of the west line of South Mt. Shasta Blvd., and east to the alley between South Mt. Shasta Blvd., and Oak Street.
