15.06.010 Adoption of California Fire Code.
The City Council of the City of Mt. Shasta does hereby adopt the provisions of the current edition of the California Fire Code (hereinafter referred to as the “Fire Code”), and all future amendments or revisions thereto, as mandated by the State of California, for the control and regulation of construction activity. If there are conflicts between the Fire Code and this Municipal Code, the Fire Code shall prevail except where this code is more restrictive. (Ord. CCO-00-02, 2000; Ord. 398 § 2, 1982)
15.06.030 Violation – Penalty.
