§3550 EXTENSION TO SERVE REAL ESTATE SUBDIVISION, TRACTS OR HOUSING PROJECTS
In cases where water distribution mains along public streets, roads and highways are to be extended to and/or real estate subdivisions in advance of individual applications for service, such installations will be made, owned and maintained by the City only under contract and when the estimated cost thereof is advanced to the City by the subdivider or his agent. §3551 EXTENSIONS FOR SUBDIVISION; MATERIAL, LOCATION AND CONSTRUCTION AS SPECIFIED BY CITY ENGINEER
The size, type and quality of materials and locations of mains in the extensions provided for in §3550 shall be specified by the City Engineer and the actual construction will be done by the City or by a contractor acceptable to it. (Ord. 478, §VIB-2, adopted 1954)
§3552 EXTENSIONS TO SERVE INDIVIDUAL APPLICANTS IN SUBDIVISION
Extensions to serve individual applicants in the tracts mentioned in §3550 will be governed by the general rules set forth in Article 5 hereof. (Ord. 478, §VIB-3, adopted 1954)
§3553 EXTENSIONS FOR TEMPORARY OR SPECULATIVE BUSINESS
Extensions for temporary service, such as construction or exploration projects, seasonal resorts, amusement or sport concerns, fairs, exhibits, and other enterprises of similar limited duration, or for business of a speculative nature, or of questionable permanency, will not be made under this Article.
