§6110 INJURY OR UNLAWFUL CONNECTION WITH TELEVISION LINE PROHIBITED
Every person who unlawfully and maliciously takes down, removes, injures or obstructs, or make any unauthorized connection with any line not owned by him or her, or it, used to conduct television information, whether video or audio, or any part thereof, is punishable by imprisonment in the City jail or County jail not exceeding six (6) months, or by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment. §6111 URGENCY MEASURE
Because presently there is a great loss and destruction of properties pursuant to violation of property rights, this Article, deemed to be an emergency ordinance for the preservation of life and property within the City and that as an emergency ordinance it shall be in full force and effect immediately after its adoption.
