10.15.010 Leaving children unattended.

A.    No person having the care and custody, whether temporary or permanent, of a minor child or children under the age of six years may leave such minor child or children unattended.

B.    RCW 9.91.060, Leaving Children Unattended in Parked Automobile, as now in force or hereafter amended, added to or deleted from, is adopted by reference as part of this chapter. (Ord. 1688 § 8 (part), 1990).
