14.20.060 Existing pools.

Existing swimming pools and wading pools which do not fully comply with the design, construction and equipment requirements as outlined in this chapter may be continued in use, provided the pool is operated in continuous compliance with the requirements regarding water quality, disinfection, and sanitary control, as outlined in Sections 14.20.070, 14.20.080 and 14.20.140 of this chapter.
