15.05.010 Thermal performance standards adopted by reference.
Sections 1 through 10, Chapter 14, 1977 Laws, First Extraordinary Session entitled “Thermal Performance Standards for New Dwellings” are hereby adopted by reference. (Ord. 201 § 1, 1978)
15.05.020 Expiration of CDMC 15.05.010.
CDMC 15.05.010 shall expire at such time as the thermal performance standards are incorporated in the Uniform Building Code and related standards as published by the International Conference of Building Officials, and adopted by the Legislature of the state of Washington. (Ord. 201 § 2, 1978)
15.05.030 Aged and handicapped provisions in public buildings.
Sections 70.92.010 through 70.92.060 RCW entitled “Public Buildings – Provision for Aged and Handicapped” are hereby adopted by reference. (Ord. 209 § 1, 1978)
15.05.040 Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings.
There are hereby adopted by reference the provisions of the “Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings” promulgated by the International Conference of Building Officials, 1976 Edition, and also any revisions or subsequent additions which may hereafter be adopted and made a part of the “Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings.” (Ord. 251 § 1, 1981)
15.05.050 National codes and standards adopted by reference.
There is hereby adopted by reference all National Codes and Standards, 1988 Edition comprising the building code including the following:
(1) Uniform Building Code and Uniform Building Code Standards;
(2) Uniform Mechanical Code;
(3) Uniform Fire Code and Uniform Fire Code Standards;
(4) Uniform Plumbing Code and Uniform Plumbing Code Standards;
(5) The rules and regulations adopted by the council establishing standards for making buildings and facilities accessible to and usable by the physically handicapped or elderly person as provided for in RCW 70.92.100 through RCW 70.92.160;
(6) The 1991 Washington State Energy Code as written by the Washington State Building Code Council and filed as Chapter 51-11 WAC. (Ord. 396 § 1, 1991; Ord. 381 § 1, 1990)
15.05.060 Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality Code.
This chapter adopts the Washington State Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality Code, as written by the Washington State Building Code Council and filed as Chapter 51-13 WAC. (Ord. 397 § 1, 1991)
