15.15.010 Inspection for which a building permit is not required – Fee.

Whenever there is any construction and/or remodeling carried on within the town of Coulee Dam for which a building permit is not required, an inspection fee equal to the amount paid to the town building inspector shall be charged by the town of Coulee Dam for the inspection of said construction and/or remodeling, and any person, firm or corporation conducting such construction and/or remodeling shall pay said sum to the town clerk.
