The “Washington Model Traffic Ordinance,” RCW Chapter 46.90, referred to in this chapter as the “MTO,” is adopted by reference as the traffic ordinance of this county as if set forth in full herein except as provided in Section 10.04.020. (Ord. 86-2 § 1)
