AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS AND TOPOGRAPHIC MAPS

2.35.010 Sales authorized.
The District’s staff is authorized to provide copies of the maps to interested members of the public in exchange for the costs of reproduction and an administrative handling fee. [Res. 603 § 1, 1995.]
2.35.020 Fees.
The District has determined that a reasonable reproduction cost is $100.00 per quarter section or $50.00 for a computer disc showing a quarter section, together with a 15 percent administrative handling cost. Therefore, the initial price for reasonable reproduction costs is $115.00/quarter section and $57.50/computer disc. These costs shall be reviewed annually by the District’s staff and may be adjusted by the Superintendent, in the Superintendent’s discretion, to reflect reasonable reproduction and administrative costs. 2.35.030 Copyright.
In all cases, the maps distributed to members of the public will be identified as copyrighted by the Lake Stevens Sewer District, and any unauthorized duplication or distribution of the maps will be a violation of Federal copyright law. [Res. 603 § 3, 1995.]
