CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND – STREET EQUIPMENT

3.40.010 Fund created.

There is hereby created a special fund to be designated as “cumulative reserve fund for the improvement of city streets and street equipment purchases.” (Ord. 150 § 1, 1958).

3.40.020 Use restricted.

All moneys in the fund provided for in OHMC 3.40.010 shall be used only for the purchase of equipment to be used in the improvement and maintenance of city streets and for the improvements of the streets. (Ord. 150 § 2, 1958).
