CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND –
WATER SYSTEM

3.44.010 Fund created.
There is hereby created a special fund to be designated as “cumulative reserve fund for the improvement, repair and betterment of the water system.” (Ord. 151 § 1, 1958).
3.44.020 Use restricted.
All moneys in the fund provided for in OHMC 3.44.010 shall be used only for the improvement, repair and betterment of the water system of the city of Oak Harbor. (Ord. 151 § 2, 1958).
