This plat shall contain an accurate scale description of the proposed cemetery showing all lots to be sold, placement of shrubberies, flowerbeds, monuments, irrigation systems, roads, and pathways; also it shall include land embracing 10 or more acres. This plat is to be followed in the construction of the cemetery and, if any later major deviations from the plat are to be made, a plat containing said changes shall be submitted to the county planning commission, in advance of the changes, and approved by the commission.
