3.68.010 Purpose and intent.

This chapter provides a centralized location in the Sequim Municipal Code for adopted rates and fees. Additional rates and fees may be located elsewhere in this code or in various adopted uniform codes, including without limitation the International Building Code and the Revised Code of Washington’s criminal statutes. 3.68.020 Future amendment.

Any city fee or charge may be adopted or modified by ordinance of the city council. (Ord. 2024-014 § 1 (Exh. A))

3.68.030 Facility rentals and event permits.

A. Facility Rentals.

Events may require a special event permit. Rental fees (but not cleaning fees) are waived for Clallam County government agencies on all facility rentals.
