Traffic traveling north on Forrest Street shall stop at the intersection and come to a full stop at the southerly boundary of Sprague Avenue at the intersection of Sprague Avenue and Forrest Street before proceeding through said intersection. (Ord. 490 § 1, 1975)

10.12.060 Ocean Street and Westhaven Drive.

10.12.070 Harbor Street and Westhaven Drive.

10.12.175 Pacific Avenue and Second Street.

10.12.270 Hoquiam Street and Ocean Avenue.

All vehicular traffic traveling in a southerly direction on Hoquiam Street in the city shall come to a full and complete stop before entering the intersection of Hoquiam Street and Ocean Avenue. (Ord. 494 § 24, 1975)

10.12.280 Aberdeen Street and Ocean Avenue.

All vehicular traffic traveling in a northerly direction on Aberdeen Street in the city shall come to a full and complete stop before entering the intersection of Aberdeen Street and Ocean Avenue. (Ord. 494 § 25, 1975)

10.12.290 Grand Army Street and Ocean Avenue.

All vehicular traffic traveling in a northerly direction on Grand Army Street in the city shall come to a full and complete stop before entering the intersection of Grand Army Street and Ocean Avenue. (Ord. 494 § 26, 1975)

10.12.300 Surf Street and Ocean Avenue.

All vehicular traffic traveling in a northerly direction on Surf Street in the city shall come to a full and complete stop before entering the intersection of Surf Street and Ocean Avenue. (Ord. 494 § 27, 1975)

10.12.310 Pacific Avenue and Second Street – Yield intersection.

All vehicular traffic traveling in a westerly direction in the city on Pacific Avenue shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicular traffic traveling on Second Street. (Ord. 494 § 28, 1975)

10.12.320 First Avenue and Wilson Street – Yield intersection.

All vehicular traffic traveling in an easterly direction of First Avenue in the city shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicular traffic traveling on Wilson Street. (Ord. 494 § 29, 1975)

10.12.330 Stop sign installation.

The city public works director is authorized to install stop signs at the locations designated in WMC 10.12.040 through 10.12.310 to notify traffic to stop at said locations. (Ord. 494 § 30, 1975)

10.12.340 Yield sign installation.

The city public works director is authorized to erect yield signs conforming with this chapter. (Ord. 494 § 31, 1975)

10.12.350 Violation – Misdemeanor.

Violation of WMC 10.12.040 through 10.12.250 is a misdemeanor. (Ord. 494 § 32, 1975)

10.12.360 West Spokane Avenue and North Forrest Street.

All motor vehicles and motor vehicle traffic traveling in an easterly direction on West Spokane Avenue shall come to a complete stop at the intersection of West Spokane Avenue and North Forrest Street before proceeding on either Spokane Avenue and North Forrest Street. (Ord. 580 § 1, 1978)

10.12.370 Stop sign installation at North Forrest Street and West Spokane Avenue.

The director of public works is authorized to install an approved stop sign at the intersection on North Forrest Street and West Spokane Avenue at the southwest corner of said intersection. (Ord. 580 § 2, 1978)

10.12.380 “G” Street and Elizabeth Avenue.

Vehicular traffic proceeding northeast and southwest on “G” Street shall come to a full and complete stop at the intersection of “G” Street and Elizabeth Avenue before proceeding. (Ord. 593 § 1, 1979)

10.12.390 Traffic-control sign installation at “G” Street and Elizabeth Avenue.

The director of public works is directed to place the appropriate traffic-control signs at the intersection of “G” Street and Elizabeth Avenue to comply with WMC 10.12.380. (Ord. 593 § 2, 1979)

10.12.400 Wilson Avenue and Montesano Street.

Vehicular traffic proceeding northeast and southwest on Wilson Avenue shall come to a full and complete stop at the intersection of Wilson Avenue and Montesano Street before proceeding. (Ord. 594 § 1, 1979)

10.12.410 Harbor Avenue and Nyhus Street.

Vehicular traffic proceeding northeast and southwest on Harbor Avenue shall come to a full and complete stop at the intersection of Harbor Avenue and Nyhus Street before proceeding. (Ord. 594 § 1, 1979)

10.12.420 Traffic-control sign installation in compliance with WMC 10.12.400 and 10.12.410.

The director of public works is directed to place the appropriate traffic-control signs at the intersection of Wilson Avenue and Montesano Street and at the intersection of Harbor Avenue and Nyhus Street to comply with WMC 10.12.400 and 10.12.410. (Ord. 594 § 2, 1979)

10.12.600 Violation of WMC 10.12.440 through 10.12.590.

Violation of the terms of WMC 10.12.440 through 10.12.590 is a misdemeanor. (Ord. 596 § 17, 1979)

10.12.610 Dock Street and Westhaven Avenue.

(1) All vehicles proceeding on Dock Street shall come to a full and complete stop at the intersection of Dock Street and Westhaven Avenue, in the city of Westport, and that all vehicles proceeding on Westhaven Avenue shall come to a full and complete stop at the intersection of Dock Street and Westhaven Drive, in the city of Westport.

(2) Violation of this section shall be a traffic infraction. (Ord. 725, 1983)

10.12.620 East Pacific Street and First Street.

All vehicular traffic traveling north and south on First Street shall come to a full and complete stop at the intersection of East Pacific Street and First Street, prior to proceeding through the intersection in the city. (Ord. 761 § 1, 1985)

10.12.630 East Pacific Street and Second Street.

All vehicular traffic traveling north and south on Second Street at the intersection of Second Street and East Pacific Street shall come to a full and complete stop prior to proceeding through the intersection in the city. (Ord. 761 § 2, 1985)

10.12.640 East Pacific Street and Third Street.

All vehicular traffic traveling north and south on Third Street at the intersection of Third Street and East Pacific Street shall come to a full and complete stop prior to proceeding through the intersection in the city. (Ord. 761 § 3, 1985)

10.12.650 Traffic-control sign installation in compliance with WMC 10.12.620 through 10.12.640.

The director of public works is authorized to place signs in conformance with the state code indicating that all vehicular traffic shall come to a full and complete stop as designated in WMC 10.12.620 through 10.12.640. (Ord. 761 § 4, 1985)

10.12.670 Tacoma Street and South Montesano Street.

All vehicular traffic traveling east on Tacoma Street shall come to a full and complete stop before proceeding through the intersection of Tacoma and South Montesano Streets. (Ord. 764 § 2, 1985)

10.12.680 Jetty Haul Road and Montesano Street.

Vehicles traveling westbound on the Jetty Haul Road in the city shall come to a full and complete stop before proceeding through the intersection of Jetty Haul Road and Montesano Street. (Ord. 764 § 3, 1985)

10.12.690 Jetty Haul Road and Wilson Street.

All vehicular traffic traveling south on the Jetty Haul Road shall come to a complete and full stop before proceeding through the intersection of Jetty Haul Road and Wilson Street. (Ord. 764 § 4, 1985)

10.12.700 Pacific Avenue and Central Street – Full stop no longer required.

Vehicular traffic traveling westbound on Pacific Avenue shall no longer be required to come to a full and complete stop before proceeding through the intersection of Pacific Avenue and Central Street in the city. (Ord. 764 § 5, 1985)

10.12.710 Traffic-control sign installation in compliance with WMC 10.12.660 through 10.12.700.

The director of public works is authorized to install and remove authorized signs pursuant to WMC 10.12.660 through 10.12.700. (Ord. 764 § 6, 1985)

10.12.720 Sprague Street and Forrest Street.

(1) All vehicular traffic traveling on Sprague Street in the city of Westport shall come to a full and complete stop at the intersection of Sprague Street and Forrest Street before proceeding.

(2) All vehicular traffic traveling on Forrest Street in the city of Westport shall come to a full and complete stop at the intersection of Forrest Street and Sprague Street in the city of Westport before proceeding. (Ord. 786 §§ 1, 2, 1986)

10.12.730 Ocean Avenue and Forrest Street.

(1) All vehicular traffic traveling in a northerly direction on South Forrest Street and all vehicular traffic traveling south on North Forrest Street shall come to a full and complete stop at the intersection of Forrest Street and Ocean Avenue prior to proceeding into the intersection above described.

(2) All vehicular traffic traveling in an easterly direction on Ocean Avenue shall come to a full and complete stop at the intersection of Ocean Avenue and Forrest Street before proceeding into the intersection. (Ord. 793 §§ 1, 2, 1986)

10.12.740 Nyhus Street and Wilson Street.

(1) All vehicular traffic proceeding north on Nyhus Street in the city shall come to a full and complete stop in the intersection of Nyhus Street and Wilson Street before proceeding into the intersection and shall yield the right-of-way to other vehicles.

(2) All vehicles traveling south on Nyhus Street shall come to a full and complete stop at the intersection of Nyhus Street and Wilson Street before proceeding into the intersection and shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles. (Ord. 810 §§ 1, 2, 1987)

10.12.750 Forrest Avenue and Ocean Avenue.

(1) Vehicular traffic traveling west and east on Ocean Avenue shall come to a full and complete stop at the intersection of Ocean Avenue and Forrest Avenue before proceeding into the intersection.

(2) Vehicular traffic traveling north on South Forrest and south on North Forrest shall come to a full and complete stop before proceeding into the intersection at the intersection of Forrest Avenue and Ocean Avenue. (Ord. 825 §§ 1, 2, 1988)

10.12.780 Lamb Avenue and Nyhus Street.

10.12.790 Bay Avenue and Nyhus Street.

10.12.820 Carstensen Avenue and Nyhus Street.

All vehicles traveling south on Carstensen Avenue shall come to a full and complete stop before proceeding at the intersection of Carstensen Avenue and Nyhus Street. (Ord. 874 § 6, 1991)

10.12.830 Washington Avenue and First Street.

All vehicles traveling northbound on First Street shall come to a full and complete stop before proceeding at the intersection of Washington Avenue and First Street. (Ord. 874 § 7, 1991)

10.12.840 Ocosta Street and Spokane Avenue.

All vehicles traveling southbound on Ocosta Street shall come to a full and complete stop before proceeding at the intersection of Ocosta Street and Spokane Avenue. (Ord. 874 § 8, 1991)

10.12.850 Seattle Avenue and Broadway Street.

All vehicles traveling in a westerly direction on Seattle Avenue shall come to a full and complete stop before proceeding at the intersection of Seattle Avenue and Broadway Street. (Ord. 874 § 9, 1991)

10.12.860 Harms Drive and Montesano Street.

All vehicles traveling westbound on Harms Drive shall come to a full and complete stop before proceeding at the intersection of Harms Drive and Montesano Street. (Ord. 874 § 10, 1991)

10.12.870 Jettyview Drive and Surf Street.

All vehicles traveling westbound on Jettyview Drive shall come to a full and complete stop before proceeding at the intersection of Jettyview Drive and Surf Street. (Ord. 874 § 11, 1991)

10.12.880 Aberdeen Street and Newell Street.

All vehicles traveling north and south on Aberdeen Street shall come to a full and complete stop before proceeding at the intersection of Aberdeen Street and Newell Street. (Ord. 874 § 12, 1991)

10.12.890 Removal of stop sign at Spokane Avenue and Second Street – Full stop no longer required.

The stop sign at the intersection of Spokane Avenue and Second Street shall be removed and the requirement that vehicles traveling on Spokane Avenue at the intersection of Spokane Avenue and Second Street is repealed. (Ord. 874 § 13, 1991)

10.12.900 Central Avenue and Pacific/Central Avenue and Spokane Street – Full stop no longer required.

Motor vehicles traveling on Central Avenue will no longer be required to stop at the intersection of Central Avenue and Pacific/Central Avenue and Spokane Street. (Ord. 874 § 14, 1991)

10.12.910 Wilson and Nyhus – Full stop required except when making certain right-hand turn.

(1) All vehicles traveling in a westerly direction on Wilson Street shall come to a full and complete stop at the intersection of Wilson and Nyhus Streets.

(2) Vehicles traveling southerly on Nyhus Street shall come to a full and complete stop before proceeding at the intersection of Wilson and Nyhus; provided, that vehicles making a right-hand turn from Nyhus to Wilson shall not be required to come to a full and complete stop. (Ord. 874 § 15, 1991)

10.12.920 Spokane Avenue and Broadway Street – Traveling east on Spokane Avenue.

All vehicular traffic traveling in an easterly direction on Spokane Avenue in the city shall come to a full and complete stop before entering the intersection of Spokane Avenue and Broadway Street. (Ord. 925 § 1, 1993)

10.12.930 Patterson Street and Nyhus Street.
