Prior legislation: The previous 1981 rural zoning title includes Ords. 81-12, 81-13, 81-23, 81-24, 82-4, 82-5, 82-21, 82-35, 82-36, 83-7, 83-17-E, 83-17, 83-26, 83-72, 84-5, 84-9, 84-9-E, 87-23 and 87-23-E. The previous 1994 rural zoning title includes Ords. 94-4, 96-8, 96-10, 98-10, 99-3, 99-4, 99-7, 99-8, 2000-8, 2002-6, 2003-002, 2004-004, 2004-005, 2004-006, 2005-001, 2005-002 and 2005-007.
This rural zoning title was adopted by Ord. 94-4 and subsequently amended by ordinance. The code was then updated in May 2005 and is the current Rural Land Development Code. This title reflects the May 2005 RLDC as amended by subsequent ordinances.
